Overview
The Flight Routing technology enables you to configure which airline suppliers are used for specific routes.
Within the travel industry there's a concept known as the "Look to Book" ratio. For every X flight searches that are completed for a specific supplier, you have to make a booking, otherwise you may incur charges.
And you don't want charges. You want profits.
So our clever Flight Routing technology helps to reduce this risk.
You can configure the search options, so that only certain suppliers are used for certain routes.
E.g.
A customer searches for flights from London to New York
Flight Routing allows you to only look at airline supplier 1 for results, instead of looking at all of your airline suppliers.
This reduces unnecessary look ups, and can help to manage your look to book ratio.
How does it work?
Step 1
Configure the flight routing tool
Step 2
A customer searches for a flight on a specific route
Step 3
Only results from the selected airline supplier have been presented
