Overview
The Online Balance Payment technology provides the functionality to allow your customers to make outstanding balance payments online.
If you decide to allow customers to pay a deposit for an order on your website, it can be an administrative challenge to keep track of all those outstanding payments and chase customers for payment.
Our Online Balance Payment technology allows customers to make a full or partial balance payment online, through the front end of the site in their own profile page.
This means that the outstanding balance payment can be automated, and you can spend more time managing your business.
How does it work?
Step 1
An automatic email will be sent to the customer, when an outstanding balance is due
Step 2
The customer can log into their profile on the front end of the site, and make a partial or full balance payment
Step 3
The details will automatically be recorded within Order Management
