Many customers like to speak to human beings when they're making a travel purchase online, and if your customer base is reliant on telephone support, then you need a quick and easy way of recreating their searches.
Typically, when customers call you, you would need to verbally ask for all of their search parameters, such as departure point, destination, travel dates, passenger details, search preferences and more.
All this takes time, but not with our Enquiry Controller technology.
Every time a customer carries out a search on your travel platform, a unique enquiry reference number is generated.
When customers call your business, you can ask them for the Enquiry Reference number generated on screen and search for it, within the Enquiry Controller dashboard.
The Enquiry Controller technology allows you to review and search for all of your customer searches on your platform, review the details, and then you can recreate the search yourself.
How does it work?
Step 1 - Search for the Web reference
Obtain the reference number from the customer and search for it in the Enquiry Controller
Step 2 - Recreate the search
Review the details of this search, and select the link entitled "Click Here To Recreate The Customer Search"
Step 3 - Review the results
You can then review the relevant live search results
Good to know
The Enquiry Controller includes:
- All of the search details the customer used
- A record of the customers IP address
- Identifies the device type the customer was using to search (Desktop / mobile)
