Some companies that want their Agents to provide a more concierge travel experience to their customers. This is a great way of building brand loyalty, through exceptional customer service.
Typically, this would normally involve a series of "back and forth" emails between the customer and the Agent, requesting and confirming information, and then passing that information onto the relevant visa authority.
We have the ability to bring that process into the CMS, and make it a part of the booking experience. It can be offered as a standalone service, or associated with a travel booking.
The agent can add multiple travellers to a visa application and upload the appropriate documentation for each, such as a passport scan.
Here's how it works...
The administrator can then proceed the application from within the CMS via the Visa application tool. The administrator can use a template email to send to the appropriate immigration contact email address with the correct attached documents.
Upon completion of the visa application the administrator can use the Visa application tool to send the Visa documents to the customer.
The administrator has an overview of fulfilled and unfulfilled visa applications.
