Overview
The invoice creator technology provides a quick and secure way of obtaining outstanding payments from customers.
Sometimes your customers may need some flexibility around payment options. This might be for a delayed payment, or for an additional purchase.
Instead of processing orders over the phone, or sending customers to an unfamiliar payment provider, you may wish to give your customers a way to pay through your platform.
This is easy with our Invoice Creator.
You can quickly create an Invoice within the CMS, and send it to the customer via email.
The customer simply selects the relevant link in the email, and is immediately presented with the payment page of your website, with the value and details for the invoice. They can then make a secure payment through your payment page, using a credit or debit card.
Here's how it works...
Step 1 - Create and send the invoice
Create the invoice using the Invoice Creator tool, and send it to the customer via email
Step 2 - The customer accesses the payment link
The customer selects the relevant payment link within the email
Step 3 - The customer make the payment
The customer can make a secure online payment through your site
