The Statement Manager technology enables you to create and track outstanding agent credit payments in one easy to use dashboard.
If you are going to operate on a credit agreement with your Agents, then keeping track of outstanding payments, and payments received can be a headache.
Our Statement Manager streamlines this process, and allows you to create and track the progress of outstanding payments from Agents operating on a credit basis.
It's easy to create statements for a particular agent or company making purchases on your credit. Simply click 'Create Statement', choose the bookings that you want to request payment for and send the statement to the booking agent.
How does it work?
Create, edit and manage statements in the statement Manager
Choose the bookings that you want to request payment for and send the statement to the booking agent.
Review payments made by Agents and identify any outstanding balances
Good to know
- When a payment request is created within the statement manager, the Agent will be alerted via the dashboard in the Advanced Agents dashboard
- Administrators mark the statement as paid, once they're 100% satisfied the full payment has been made
