The Customer Hot List technology enables you to allow your customers to save products they like, to a "favourites" section.
The buying process for an online customer has many stages. The first stages being awareness and interest.
Customers won't purchase a product from you, if they haven't been through these stages.
Research has shown us, that people purchasing travel products online may research their purchase up to 60 times in the 6 weeks leading up to making the booking.
If you had a way to make that research process easier, you would increase the awareness and interest, and it could lead to more customers converting.
With our Customer Hot List feature, you can do exactly that. A visitor to your website can carry out searches on your platform, and when they see products they like, they can save them to the Hot List, and review them at a later date.
How does it work?
The customer completes a search on the website and adds a product to their Hot List
The customer can then review any saved products, by accessing the Hot List tab
Once the Hot List has been opened, the customer can review the products and print the details if required
