Overview
This is the document when or after the customer receives order confirmation. You can send travel e-documents with the ‘order confirmation’ trigger email, through the Advanced agents toolset or the order confirmation.
Each page contains a separate product with all the information the traveller would need including booking details, flight itinerary and contact information.
You can also include specific baggage and meal notes for particular airlines.
