The Task manager sits to the right of the agent desktop search. It’s a great tool for agents to help them manage all their activities and makes your team efficient and accurate.
Admins and agents can create and assign new tasks with due dates and descriptions inside the window without leaving the page.
The assignees can see their upcoming tasks in the ‘My Tasks’ bar and set tasks as complete.
Tasks can be assigned to a particular order in the Booking queue. Selecting a task linked to a particular order will take the agent to the order details.
Tasks are also automatically created and assigned when a quote is given via the Agent desktop and it contains a ‘call-back’ date.
